  3. Enroll in an accredited Health Coaching program.  Be sure that the coaching program that you choose is accredited, as accreditation means that the program is backed by a major coaching entity.
  4. Be thorough in your studies.  Try not to rush through your studies. It’s great to have the passion to get out there and start your Health Coaching business, but rushing through will not serve you well. Take your time and really invest in learning the ins and outs of being an amazing coach.  Men and women will come to you with some major goals and you want to really be able to help them maximize their potential.
